Loft Professionals provide quality solutions for your loft - and that includes transparent pricing and a clear process.
Once we get in touch, we will gather as much information about your loft project as possible. This way, we will be able to give you an initial estimate for the whole job, including possible options regarding specific solutions (e.g. materials used, extra items fitted etc.)
In order to provide a firm quote, we will arrange a free home assessment visit at a time convenient for you. Once we know exactly what your loft is like, we will provide you with a firm and binding quote for the whole job, including labour and materials and the proposed schedule of works.
Once you are happy with all the details of our proposal, we will turn up on the agreed day at the agreed time and carry out all the work to the required standard. We will keep you informed and updated throughout. Once the work is completed to your satisfaction, we will clean up after ourselves.
We will issue the invoice for the full amount once the job is completed. We don’t require a deposit for most jobs, unless we carry out a large project covering multiple services. In such a case, and only if the total cost exceeds £5,000, we request just a 20% deposit before the works commence, with the 80% balance due only when the whole job is completed.
All our work is guaranteed for 5 years. Unless you specifically tell us otherwise, we will get in touch with you few days after the work is completed to check that everything is in order and that you are completely satisfied with the service from Loft Professionals.
